Jack-up loads that are as low as 1 1/16 inch off the ground. Also use top of the cylinder to raise the load - which extends the overall lifting range. Can be operated either vertically or horizontally. Includes an internal pressure valve which prevents overload. Base, toe and pump assemblies swivel independently to enable precise positioning in tight quarters. Each has an integral carrying handle for easy portability. Meets ASME B30.1 standards.
